What can we help with?
Payments & installments
Pay by card, Mada, or in 4 interest-free installments via tabby (Sharia-compliant). If your tabby application is declined, you can still pay in full by card. For refund questions, write to us within 14 days of delivery.
Orders & delivery
Track an existing order, update your delivery address, or switch the recipient of your kit. Typical delivery inside Saudi Arabia is 2–4 business days.
DNA kit
How to collect your sample, activate your kit, and hand it off for lab analysis. If you can't find your kit barcode, we can re-send it by email.
Reports & results
Your genetic report becomes available in the app once the lab signs off. We don't release partial results; you'll get one email when everything is ready.
